Terms, in plain words
Math Picnic is free to use at home and in the classroom. Print as many sheets as you like and copy them for the children you teach. The one thing we ask is that you do not sell them.
What you are welcome to do
- Make, print and photocopy worksheets, tests, charts, tracing sheets and workbooks for your own children, your class, your school or the students you tutor, paid tutoring included.
- Hand them out on paper, or post them to a class page or learning platform that only your students can open.
- Share links and picnic basket codes with anyone.
What we ask you not to do
- Sell our sheets, alone or in a bundle, on a marketplace such as Teachers Pay Teachers or Etsy, or anywhere else.
- Republish them as your own, on a public website or in another app or product.
- Download pages or sheets in bulk with automated tools, or copy the site's code, artwork, mascots or stories.
- Remove the Math Picnic name or code from a sheet you pass on.
Who owns what
The site, its software, artwork, mascots, stories and the sheets it makes are © 2026 Math Picnic. Math facts themselves belong to everyone.
Curriculum standards
Standard codes and names belong to their owners: the Common Core State Standards (NGA Center and CCSSO), the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (Texas Education Agency), Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards (Florida Department of Education), the Australian Curriculum (ACARA), the National Curriculum in England (Department for Education) and the Ontario Curriculum (Ontario Ministry of Education). The short descriptions on this site are our own summaries, not the official wording. Math Picnic is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these organisations.
No guarantees
Mistakes can happen, but we check every step of how a worksheet is made: that each answer is correct, that the questions are fair to the child, and that the page is comfortable to read and write on. Even so, the site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
If this ever changes
If these terms change, we will update this page. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
