What's on this sheet

Given a diameter, the first move is halving it, and skipping that step is the single most common error on this topic. It is not a careless slip — the two formulas look alike and both involve one number and pi — so the mixed sheets deliberately alternate, and a child has to read the figure every time rather than settle into a rhythm.

Why this sheet works

Diameters stay even on the area sheets, so halving never produces a fraction. The point of the practice is the formula and the squaring, not decimal arithmetic sneaking in through the back door.
