Four points on ONE grid, not four grids with one point each. That sounds like a layout detail and it is the whole exercise: finding B on the same axes a child has just used to find A is the thing the standard asks for, and four separate pictures of the same plane quietly removes it.
Every grid carries at least one point on an axis, and those are the ones that matter. (4, 0) and (0, 4) are the same two digits in different places, so a child who has not yet learned which number travels which way gets them both wrong — and a sheet of comfortable interior points would never find that out. The origin itself is never asked, because it is the one point that can be named without reading either axis.
