These expectations have no sheet, for two different reasons. Listing them is the point — a catalog that showed only the hits would say this grade is fuller than it is.
Personal financial literacy (5) — a TEKS strand with no Common Core equivalent, and one Math Picnic has never built for. This is a gap, not a mismatch.
- 4.10ADistinguish between fixed and variable expenses.
- 4.10BCalculate profit in a given situation.
- 4.10CCompare the advantages and disadvantages of savings options.
- 4.10DAllocate a weekly allowance among spending, saving and sharing.
- 4.10EDescribe the basic purpose of financial institutions.
4.7C — Measure angles to the nearest whole degree with a protractor.
The expectation is the child using a protractor on the page. Our angle sheets deliberately do not print the measure beside the angle, and a sheet cannot check how the tool was laid down.
4.7D — Draw an angle with a given measure.
Constructing with a protractor. A generated sheet can ask for it and cannot mark it.
